Vance Huxley lives out in the countryside in Lincolnshire, England. He has spent a busy life
working in many different fields – including the building and rail industries, as a workshop manager, trouble‐shooter for an engineering firm, accountancy, cafe proprietor, and graphic artist. He also spent time in other jobs, and is proud of never being dismissed, and only once made redundant.

Eventually he found his Noeline, but unfortunately she died much too young. To help with the aftermath, Vance tried writing though without any real structure. As an editor and beta readers explained the difference between words and books, he tried again.

Now he tries to type as often as possible in spite of the assistance of his cats, since his legs no longer work well enough to allow anything more strenuous. An avid reader of sci‐fi, fantasy and adventure novels, his writing tends towards those genres.

Brash & Brazen #4
by Cheryl Ann Smith
Genre: Contemporary Romance

Harper Jane Evans is so over pro cheerleading but she’s not quite ready for prison. Good thing she’s got a badass ex-boyfriend ready to go to bat for her

Sure, Harper made a few unsavory threats against her team’s manager—she’d had a few drinks and she despised the skimpy uniform he expected her to wear. That didn’t mean she wanted him dead. But when the sleazy dude is found murdered in his tighty whiteys, Harper is the number one suspect—and former FBI agent Noah Slade is the one man who can help. Too bad she once told Noah she never wanted to see him again.

Noah may have done a number on Harper’s heart all those years ago, but he’s determined to do right by her now. Yet the fiery beauty isn’t the only demon from his past, which makes hunting down a murderer by her side . . . complicated—never mind the powerful attraction still pulsing between them. Good thing he’s willing to do just about anything to keep from losing Harper again. And an old love just might bring her a new career—assuming she can stay out of jail.

National bestselling author Cheryl Ann Smith became hooked on romance at age fourteen when she stayed up all night to read The Flame and The Flower by Kathleen Woodiwiss. Her own writing journey happened much later, when one afternoon she ran out of books and decided to write her own. Previously, she has published five sexy Regency novels and one novella with Berkley in her School for Brides series.

Midnight Rain
Lakeshore University #2
by Kathleen Maree
Genre: New Adult Romance
Releases February 8th, 2018

It's as easy as following your heart,' they say. 'Just listen to it, and let it guide you.'

It's so simple isn't it?

Even if half belongs to one best friend, and the other half literally beats for the other...

It doesn't matter how much time passes or how angry I am at the world, because I know without a doubt that I needed both of them.

More than I needed to breathe.

In This Breeze
Lakeshore University #1

From the earliest age I was a born storyteller.

Ask my parents and they will tell you I had a gift for making a simple event seem like an elaborate one. Purposely? No. Innocently? Yes. It was my imaginary world that initially led me to believe I wanted to be an actor. All of that role playing and living in fantasy... it was an obvious direction for me. However, becoming quite uncomfortable with the limelight quickly saw that dream diminish.

Over the years I turned my world of fantasy into stories, and eventually began writing them down. Before I knew it, 'Cut' had been completed.

When I am not busy writing my next story, I am a working mum, housewife and sometimes hockey wag :) In other words, probably some kind of circus act who specialises in juggling ;)

I hope you enjoy my blog, where I will be posting thoughts, other books I am currently reading and even sneak peeks of my novels. I encourage any feedback, comments or direct messages via my contact page should anyone wish to get in touch.

I am so thrilled to be sharing my journey and hope you enjoy my stories as much as I enjoy writing them.

Dream often. Believe always.

Book Tour + #Giveaway - Dragons of Galicia Series - by Simone Pond @SimonePond #YA #EpicFantasy

Fire and Fate
Dragons of Galicia Series Book 1
by Simone Pond
Genre: Epic YA Fantasy

In Simone Pond’s captivating new fantasy series, a peasant girl embraces her dragon slayer destiny, calling on the legendary power of her family’s bloodline to conquer an evil kingdom and kill every last dragon in Galicia.

Unknowing descendant of a legendary dragon slayer, Evelyn is convinced that getting out of her quaint yhamlet is the answer to finding true love and happiness. But she seems destined to work on her mother’s farm, while the other girls present themselves before the gallant Prince Kieran in his quest to find a lady-in-waiting.

When the prince finally takes notice of Evelyn, he’s smitten and chooses her above all the others. Evelyn is elated about living in Verubri Castle and the possibility of marriage. But her happiness is quickly squelched when the prince invites Evelyn’s arch rival, Ciara, to join them.

Before traveling north, Evelyn discovers her dragon slayer ancestry, something she knows must be concealed from Prince Kieran who would consider it treason against his kingdom. But the only way to survive the treacherous journey is to expose herself and possibly ruin her future and even end her life.

The Dragons of Galicia series is set in a world inspired by Celtic legends. Fire and Fate leads directly into the next book in the series, Fire and Chains.

Fire and Chains
Dragons of Galicia Series Book 2

In the second book of the vibrantly depicted Dragons of Galicia Series, Evelyn of Gorias rises to her dragon slayer calling as she fights to conquer a kingdom of deceit, betrayal, and powerful dragons.

Though Evelyn survived the journey across the mountain ranges, the challenges are just beginning. Verubri Castle holds dark secrets, Prince Kieran is a tyrant, and Ciara is resolute on destroying Evelyn and seducing the prince.

When a dragon nearly burns down an entire village, Evelyn must go after the beast. But this won’t be easy, not when the prince has her heavily guarded. Evelyn’s hope wains, until she encounters a stranger who changes the course of everything.

With the looming threat of the entire clan of Galician Dragons being reawakened, Evelyn must hurry to save the kingdom, while Ciara aims to rule it. To accomplish their goals, they must defeat Prince Kieran. In their individual struggles to conquer and prevail, Evelyn and Ciara face external and internal demons they never imagined possible.

Fire and Blood
Dragons of Galicia Series Book 3

In the final book of the Dragons of Galicia Series, every turn is fraught with dangerous threats in the quest to save the kingdom.

Narrowly escaping the castle to be captured by a dragon is only the beginning of Evelyn’s problems. The list of opponents grows as she battles Ciara, Prince Kieran’s army, and more dragons.

With the neighboring villages being burned and pillaged, Evelyn must pull together her own army of dragon warriors to fight the prince and his knights. As her love for Doran deepens, she’ll do anything to ensure he stays alive, even at the cost of going to battle without him.

As the war reaches an explosive peak, both Evelyn and Ciara face deadly consequences. And the only way to save the north from total destruction is for Evelyn to trust her most deceitful adversary, Ciara. If the two don’t join forces, all will be lost.
